Refund Policy

1Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases: product received is damaged or defective, wrong product delivered, product significantly different from description, or order cancelled before shipping.

2Refund Process

To request a refund: contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, provide your order number and reason for refund, include photos if the product is damaged or defective. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

3Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary, typically taking an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

4Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds: products with broken seals or removed packaging (unless defective), products damaged due to misuse, installation services already rendered, and orders cancelled after shipping (see Cancellation Policy).

5Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for: products returned in non-original condition, missing accessories or packaging, or products with minor cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality.
