1Return Window
You may return products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Extended return windows may apply during special promotions.
2Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return: product must be in original, unused condition, all original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included, product must not be damaged due to misuse or installation, and return must be initiated within the return window.
3How to Initiate a Return
To start a return: log into your G3 Vision account, go to 'My Orders' and select the order, click 'Return' and select your reason, choose pickup or drop-off option, pack the product securely in original packaging. Our team will arrange pickup within 2-3 business days.
4Return Shipping
For defective or wrong products: free return pickup. For change of mind returns: return shipping charges may apply (deducted from refund). We recommend using the original packaging for safe return. Insure valuable items during return shipping.
5Inspection and Processing
Once received, products undergo quality inspection within 2-3 business days. If the product meets return conditions, your refund or exchange will be processed. If the product doesn't meet conditions, it will be returned to you at your cost.
6Exchanges
Want a different product? You can exchange for: a different camera model, a different quantity, or an upgrade (pay the difference). Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
7Warranty Returns
Products under warranty with manufacturing defects can be returned anytime during the warranty period. Contact support with proof of purchase and description of the issue. Warranty claims are handled directly or through the manufacturer as applicable.
