We deliver to 500+ cities across India. Shipping is available to all serviceable PIN codes. For remote locations, delivery times may be extended. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability and estimated delivery time.

2Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM IST may be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

3Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 3-7 business days for metro cities, 5-10 business days for other areas. Express delivery (where available): 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

4Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999. Standard shipping charges apply for orders below this amount (calculated at checkout based on location and weight). Express shipping available at additional cost where applicable.

5Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email and SMS. Track your order in real-time through the G3 Vision app or by entering your tracking number on our website. Contact support if you don't receive tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation.

6Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery issues such as delayed delivery, damaged package, or missing items, please contact our support team immediately with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
